Operation Flow of Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Equipment
- The screw conveyor transmits plastic wastes into the reactor automatically. The oil gas will be generated as the interior temperature of the pyrolysis reactor get to related temperature after heating.
- The oil gas enters into the manifold, heavy particles of the oil gas will be liquefied into heavy oil and dropped into heavy oil tank; the light oil gas will be liquefied into fuel oil by condenser and reserved in fuel oil tank.
- Combustible gas produced by the pyrolysis process will be desulfurated and cleansed in hydroseal and then be recycled in burning room as heating source.
- The smoke generated when heating the reactor will be cooled down in the flue condenser at first. After that, it will go to the de-dust system and spraying tower for de-dusting, washing, water spray, ceramic ring adsorption and activated carbon absorption. Finally, it will be discharged safely, meeting the EU environmental protection and emission standards.
