The oil yield of our plants are high, but different types of tyres bear different oil yield. The oil yield of waste tyres from large scale automobiles can be 45%, while that of the tyres from small automobiles or bicycles are about 35%. Differences between The Three Types of Machines

Batch-typed plant uses manpower to feed raw materials, and the process of pyrolysis of materials are for batches. Carbon black shall be discharged after the reactor is cooled down and then the second batch starts. Semi-continuous plant uses auto screw feeder and carbon black can be discharged before the reactor is cooled down. Fully continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant can run constantly in 24 hours with auto screw feeder. Raw materials feeding and carbon black discharging can happen simultaneously before the reactor is cooled down. The three types are with different capacities for our clients to choose according to their specific needs.

The Operation Flow of Beston Waste Tyre to Oil Plant

Firstly, the wire drawing machine draws the wires from the tyres.  And then waste tyres are put into the pyrolysis plant reactor by the auto screw feeder.

Secondly, the oil gas is generated as the interior temperature of the pyrolysis reactor gets to related temperature after heating.

Thirdly, the oil gas enters into the manifold. Heavy particles of the oil gas is liquefied into heavy oil and dropped into heavy oil tank. The light oil gas rises up and is liquefied into fuel oil by condenser,  and then it will be reserved in fuel oil tank. We use tube condenser to enlarge the condensing area and enhance producing efficiency.

The combustible gas generated during the pyrolysis process will be desulfurated and cleansed in hydoseal. It can be recycled in burning room to provide heat for the reactor.

And the smoke generated when heating the reactor will be cooled down in the flue condenser and then be de-dusted. It will also go to the spraying tower for de-dusting, washing, water spray, ceramic ring adsorption and activated carbon absorption. Finally, it will meet the EU environmental protection and emission standards and be discharged safely. Carbon clack will discharged automatically by auto screw discharger.
