The Operation Flow of Beston Pyrolysis Tyre Recycling Plant
Firstly, the wire drawing machine draws the wires from the tyres and the tyre shredder shreds the used tyres into small pieces if the diameter of the used tyre exceeds 12 mm. And then waste tyres are put into the pyrolysis plant reactor by the auto screw feeder.
Secondly, the oil gas is generated as the interior temperature of the pyrolysis reactor gets to related temperature after heating.
Thirdly, the oil gas enters into the manifold. Heavy particles of the oil gas are liquefied into heavy oil and dropped into the heavy oil tank. The light oil gas rises up and is liquefied into fuel oil by the condenser, and then it will be reserved in fuel oil tank. We use tube condenser to enlarge the condensing area and enhance producing efficiency.
The combustible gas generated during the pyrolysis process will be desulfurated and cleansed in the hydro seal. It can be recycled in the burning room to provide heat for the reactor.
And the smoke generated when heating the reactor will be cooled down in the flue condenser and then be de-dusted. It will also go to the spraying tower for de-dusting, washing, water spray, ceramic ring adsorption and activated carbon absorption. Finally, it will meet the EU environmental protection and emission standards and be discharged safely. Carbon black will be discharged automatically by auto screw discharger.
End Products of Waste Tyre Recycling Pyrolysis Plant
- Steel wires drawn from the waste tyre can be sold directly or make steel bloom by hydraulic press-packing.
- Carbon black from tyre pyrolysis can be used widely. They can be produced into carbon bricks by briquetting equipment or processed into finer powders of carbon black (N330) by carbon black grinding machine.
- Pyrolysis oil can be sold directly or distilled into diesel using waste oil distillation plant and then be used as a kind of safe fuel in heavy machinery.
The oil yield of our plants are high, but different types of tyres bear different oil yield. The oil yield of waste tyres from large-scale automobiles can be 45%, while that of the tyres from small automobiles or bicycles are about 35%.
